Welcome to February! The beautiful month that is all about love and everything pink! We knew we wanted to release a new cocktail to celebrate love month and while this Spiked Strawberry Shake is the perfect beverage to enjoy for Valentine's Day, it'll also be a new favourite in our house to enjoy in the spring and summer! Am I the only one already thinking about the warmer seasons?? Currently loving this Spiked Strawberry Shake while cozy indoors playing board games and I can't wait to also enjoy this drink while sitting on my patio in the sunshine!

Vegan Spiked Strawberry Shake Recipe


 

Spiked Strawberry Shake

Vegan

 

Serves: 2 people

Time Needed: 5 minutes

Ingredients


· ⅓ cup vanilla vodka

· 2 cups sliced frozen strawberries · 1 cup vanilla oat milk

· 1 tbsp light corn syrup

· 1 cup vegan vanilla ice cream


Optional toppings:

· Coconut whipped cream

· Fresh strawberries


 

Method


  1. Add all of the shake ingredients to a blender in the order that they are listed.

  2. Blend until smooth. You may need to use the mixer rod while blending for a smoother consistency. Blend in an additional ¼ cup vegan vanilla ice cream if your shake is too thin.

  3. Pour into 2 glasses and top with optional toppings. Drink and enjoy!
